This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited activities when using our Services. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services, and we may seek further remedies available under law. This AUP is part of the Agreement between you and us. Any terms that are capitalized but not defined within this document will have the same meaning as described in our General Terms.
Illegal Activities. You may not use the Services to conduct, promote, or facilitate any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, gambling, or other unlawful transactions.
Intellectual Property Infringement. You are prohibited from uploading, displaying, selling, or distributing any content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets. You agree not to use the Services to distribute counterfeit goods or any content that violates intellectual property laws.
Offensive and Harmful Content. Content that promotes hate, violence, discrimination, harassment, or threats against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age is strictly prohibited. You may not publish, display, or promote any content that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise harmful or abusive.
Restricted Products and Services. The following categories of products and services are prohibited on the Services and may not be offered for sale or promotion on Customer Sites:
Privacy Violations: You must not use the Services to collect or disclose any personal data about individuals without their knowledge and consent, nor in any manner that violates applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or any other similar regulations. Sensitive information, such as health data, financial information, or any special categories of personal data, may not be collected, stored, or processed without our explicit written approval.
Deceptive or Misleading Content. You may not use the Services to publish, advertise, or sell content or products that are false, misleading, deceptive, or otherwise intended to defraud individuals. This includes, but is not limited to, false advertising, scams, and unsubstantiated claims regarding the efficacy of products or services.
Harmful Code. You may not introduce, transmit, or distribute any viruses, worms, malware, spyware, or other harmful or malicious code through the Services. Unauthorized access to or interference with the Services’ security, integrity, or performance is strictly prohibited.
Service Interference and Abuse. You may not engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or abuses the Services, the servers and networks connected to the Services, or the experience of other users. This includes but is not limited to “spamming,” “flooding,” “mailbombing,” or overloading the Services.
Automated or Excessive Use. The use of automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other technology to access, monitor, or scrape data from the Services without express authorization is prohibited. You may not engage in any excessive use of the Services that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
